Structural composition:

The furnace is divided into two parts:

•Melting chamber, equipped with 1-2 combustion engines; Heat up the aluminum liquid.

•The feeding room,located at the bottom of the feeding port, where the preheated waste aluminum material is melted by soaking under the furnace;

There is a permanent magnet stirrer under the furnace that generates a rotating magnetic field. The aluminum liquid is driven by the magnetic field and rotates, achieving mass and heat transfer between the heating chamber and the melting chamber; The burning flame does not come into contact with the waste aluminum material to avoid burning damage.
