The combustion control of single or multiple burners, equipped withignition device, flame monitoring device, fuel control, air flow control systemfor each burner, and equipped with local control cabinet (PLC system), localfire tray, etc., can achieve local or remote automatic ignition control, andeffective monitoring during the combustion process, which can achieve manualadjustment or automatic P&ID adjustment control of burner flame size (power).

 

Ignition device

The ignition device generally consists of an igniter, ignition gun(ignition rod), ignition cable, etc. According to the equipment method, it canbe divided into fixed igniters and portable igniters. Igniters can also bedivided into high-energy igniters and high-pressure (with high-pressurepackage) igniters, which need to be selected appropriately according to therequirements of burner control.
