Electromagnetic stirring technology, as a mature technological means, is widely used in the production of non-ferrous metals in China, especially in the production of aluminum and aluminum alloys. The air-cooled electromagnetic stirrer adopts a bottom mounted fan, which blows air from bottom to top for cooling and is used in conjunction with an aluminum furnace. Compared with existing water-cooled electromagnetic stirrers of the same tonnage, the newly designed and developed air-cooled electromagnetic stirrer has higher stirring efficiency, lower power consumption, and reduces the cost of the electromagnetic stirrer. At present, there are hundreds of air-cooled electromagnetic mixers in use in various manufacturers, and they have received unanimous praise from the user department, technical department, equipment department, and other departments of the manufacturers. The air-cooled agitator equipment models are complete and fully applicable to smelting furnaces of different tonnage, and agitators of various tonnage models are used on site.
Scope of application: Installed at the bottom or side of the smelting furnace, used for the configuration of aluminum alloys or high-purity aluminum in the aluminum industry, as well as the recycling of waste aluminum (including aluminum shavings).
Structural composition: A variable alternating magnetic field generator composed of ZMAG special permanent magnets; Wind cooling system; A control system that supports remote control; Automatic movement and lifting system.
Performance characteristics:
1. System simplicity: The air-cooled agitator system only includes an electrical control cabinet and air-cooled sensors, eliminating the need for pure water cooling devices. The system is simpler, safer and more reliable.
2. The new upgraded system is more energy-efficient: the installed capacity of air-cooled mixers is 15% -35% lower than that of water-cooled mixers.
3. The material form of the inductor coil is different: the air-cooled system inductor uses thick solid core aluminum wire with no risk of water leakage, greatly reducing the probability of burning the coil.
4. Adaptation environment: The air-cooled system agitator can withstand high temperature environments above 200 ℃. The water-cooled mixer can adapt to the tunnel environment, and the new air cooling system is fully adapted.
Application methods:
The new air-cooled electromagnetic stirrer is mainly installed at the bottom. The size of the air-cooled sensor is slightly larger than the external dimensions of water-cooled sensors of the same specifications. Therefore, the width of the furnace bottom guide and the size of the stainless steel window are correspondingly larger. The air-cooled mixer requires a better ventilation environment in the tunnel. Other items are the same as water-cooled mixers, with no special requirements.
