The vertical high-efficiency energy-saving copper melting furnace is amelting equipment designed and researched by our company based on the needs ofdomestic low oxygen copper rod continuous casting and rolling production, andabsorbing foreign technology. It uses clean energy sources such as liquefiedpetroleum gas and natural gas as fuel to continuously melt electrolytic copperinto low oxygen copper water. It is a copper melting equipment for theproduction of low oxygen copper rods, copper strips, and other continuouscasting and rolling systems.

Technological process
When primary electrolyticcopper is the main raw material:
First level electrolyticcopper or first level scrap copper → vertical furnace → insulation furnace & flow channel → casting pot → five wheel continuous casting machine → front traction device → rolling shear machine → straightening and corner removal machine → feeding device → two roll continuous rolling machine → copper rod reduction cooling system → wax coating device → rear traction device → hydraulic ring closing device → hydraulic packaging
